Livanta, the Medicare Beneficiary and Family Centered Care – Quality Improvement Organization (BFCC-QIO) for 27 states and U.S. territories including California, can help! Livanta provides a no-cost alternative dispute resolution process called Immediate Advocacy, which is intended for patients and caregivers who are experiencing problems with their current care or services.
This webinar describes Livanta’s Immediate Advocacy services, provides examples of problems that can be addressed through this program, and demonstrates how the process works and how to use Livanta’s Medicare Helpline to get started.
