We’re All Aging ~ Let’s Change Culture to Honor Our Elders & Age with Dignity

Everybody is aging…it’s just that some people have more experience at it than others. 🙂 Here’s a new publication that is part of the wave of changing agism in our culture and promoting “Aging with Dignity”. Indigenous cultures across the planet have long respected, learned from and honored their elders. Many have, in fact, lived their lives and cultivated themselves in a way that develops themselves as a future elder. This mindset and way of being is one mark of a healthy culture and society. As health advocates, let’s promote a more healthy, balanced society and one that celebrates our older adults and promotes aging with dignity!

One way we can do this is to sign up for the California Health Report’s new publication called Aging with Dignity. Publishing, reading, sharing this publication is one simple action to change our culture and help build a healthy society with healthy, honored elders. You can sign up for this publication here.
