- Tell them to support the bi-partisan bill called the EMPOWER Care Act S.2227. This bill would extend the Medicaid Money Follows the Person Program.
- Tell your Senators you want funding restored so that states don’t cut back on crucial programs that help people live in the community and with their families.
- Money Follows the Person is a common-sense way to fund Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services that improve the quality of life for people and families, and save federal dollars that would otherwise be spent in more costly institutions.
