The Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) and the SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) Technical Assistance Center put together a useful summary of successful practices for telework and outreach during COVID-19. The document is based on survey information the Administration for Community Living received from SHIPs and SMPs around the country on their success stories and best practices during the pandemic.
