Need Help with Your Medicare Costs? A Medicare Savings Program May Help

Medicare Savings Programs (MSPs) are state programs that assist you with paying your Medicare costs. These costs can include your Medicare premiums, deductibles and coinsurance depending on which program you qualify for. The graphic below provides some basic eligibility information. If you have questions about the different programs, what is covered, the income and resource limits, or how to apply, contact your local Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) at 1-800-434-0222.
