We just got word that Sandy Morales, our Senior Medicare Patrol Volunteer Coordinator and Case Manager, has received the Fraud Prevention’s Finest Award for March 2022! Congratulations Sandy! Each month this award goes to an SMP director or key staff who excel in casework, outreach, or partnership; model best practices; and whose practices encourage their SMP peers to improve upon their efforts in these areas. Sandy not only does a superb job with all her SMP casework, she also gives the gift of dedication, kindness and empathy to all her clients when working with them.
