Got a complaint or issue with your Medicare Coverage? If so, report it here.

Your complaints help us monitor Medicare issues happening on-the-ground throughout the state. We use this information to guide Medicare advocacy, as well as report trends to the appropriate federal and state agencies.

We will contact you within 48 business hours to provide information assistance and/or referrals to federal, state and county agencies that can help you resolve your issue or complaint.

California Health Advocates (CHA) provides quality Medicare and related health care coverage information, education and policy advocacy. As the federal grantee, we also administer the California Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) program, educating Medicare beneficiaries, their families and caregivers about Medicare fraud and how to prevent, detect and report it.
