California Health Advocates (CHA) provides quality Medicare and related health care coverage information, education and policy advocacy. As the federal grantee, we also administer the California Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) program, educating Medicare beneficiaries, their families and caregivers about Medicare fraud and how to prevent, detect and report it.
