CHA Urges Biden Administration to Prioritize Policies Addressing COVID-19 Relief & Health Care Access for All

California Health Advocates signed onto a letter with Families USA and numerous advocacy organizations across the nation urging the Biden Administration and Congress to ensure that policy proposals advanced in the coming months adhere to the following principles:

  • Our health care systems must deliver high quality care for everyone.
  • Every child, every family, every older adult, every individual in this country must have access to high-quality, affordable health care and shouldn’t face financial ruin if they need care. Our health should not depend on our wealth.

Our health care system must be reformed to center patients’ and families’ needs, not profits for huge health corporations that leave consumers footing the bill.
