Alaska Invites California’s SMP Program to Provide Fraud Prevention Training to Volunteers

Demand for our California Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) services is traveling far and wide. Anne Gray, our California SMP Project Coordinator was invited all the way to Anchorage, Alaska on October 22nd to provide Medicare fraud prevention, detection and awareness training to a group of over 60 volunteers from around the state. Judith Bendersky, SMP Program Director for the Alaska arranged Anne’s training and was thrilled to collaborate with our program. We too were excited for this opportunity to support our extended SMP network of volunteers!

See our section, Medicare Fraud, for more info on fraud prevention and detection and on our SMP program.
