Rose Morales joined the California Health Advocates (CHA) team in 2023 as SMP Case Intake Analyst. Prior to joining, she worked as a Healthcare Claims Recapture Specialist for Performant where she held numerous responsibilities in terms of analyzing and investigating Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Medicaid regulations and policies. Additionally, she has 10 years of work experience in the healthcare administration field where her knowledge on medical claims also grew. As her experience and knowledge continued to expand, so did her passion to serve, protect, and advocate for the underserved community. For CHA, she is responsible for analyzing data and identifying patterns of fraudulent activity.
