Porsha Avila loves to keep an office humming and running smoothly. She has strong organizational and communication skills, is comfortable with multi-tasking and flexible with changing priorities. Porsha joined CHA/SMP in 2022 and serves our state’s beneficiaries through managing our SMP helpline, doing client intakes and entering client data into the SIRS database. She handles all our SMP inventory and orders, manages our staffs’ HR needs, assists in organization and execution of webinars and events, connects with our presenters, and more.
